Ajman Public Transport Corporation has organized a workshop titled "How to use document management system" through the internal portal of staff portal "El Barza" at the headquarters in Al Jurf.

 

The workshop comes within the framework of the ongoing interest in activating the role of modern technology and achieving the strategic plan that aims at providing all opportunities to support, develop and motivate the employees.

 

Ajman Transport attaches great importance to benefit from the potentials and capabilities of the employees working for APTC in transfer of information and management of documents via using smart applications in order to enhance the skills of human cadres and develop their innovations in line with the strategic plan of Ajman 2021 vision, said Rasha Khalaf Al Shamsi, Executive Director of Support and Development Services Sector.

 

The workshop was delivered by Salman Al Masri, in the presence of a large number of employees to get acquainted with the system of Barza portal and its importance in improving the work procedures.

 

Al Masri noted that the workshop is meant to train the employees on using the portal and benefit from its advantage, including document management and how to share documents through easy steps to save time and effort.
